We rear all our own stock on Whitewell farm, choosing breeds that are well known for their excellent taste and then we maximise the quality through careful farming techniques which have been honed over three generations by the Greenwood family.
The family have farmed at Whitewell since the 1950s and only trade directly with the public. With the exception of abatoir operations, all processes are kept 'in house' so that the taste of the final product is assured and the animals reared have an excellent quality of life.
